About AIBE

The All India Bar Examination is conducted by the Bar Council of India for enrolled advocates. It is an open-book exam. Candidates may bring bare acts to the examination hall.

Subject Weightage

Constitutional Law (10 marks), IPC/BNS (10 marks), CrPC/BNSS (10 marks), CPC (10 marks), Evidence Act/BSA (10 marks), Contract Act (5 marks), Family Law (10 marks), Property Law (5 marks), Company Law (5 marks), and more.

Strategy

Since it is open-book, focus on knowing where to find answers quickly. Prepare a personal index of your bare acts. Practice time management — 100 questions in 3.5 hours.
