1) No title, Except Military / Academic shall be conferred.
2) No person of India shall accept any title from foreign.
3) No person who is not a citizen of India shall, accept without consent of president any title from foreign while holding office of Profit.
4) No person shall accept holding any office of profit under state without consent of president shall accept any present, emolument.
